Sec. 19-132. - Weight and Speed Limits.¶
132.1 It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a vehicle in excess of the following weight limits or speed limits on any of the following County Bridges:
(a) Bridge No. 14C-022, County Road No. 315B, Bridge Arbor North, 0.05 miles south of Hwy 20 in Upper Lake:
8 TONS PER VEHICLE
(b) Bridge No. 14C-119, County Road No. 304C, Witter Springs Road, 2.2 miles north of Hwy 20, in Upper Lake:
OPEN TO LEGAL WEIGHT LOADS WITH 11′ MAXIMUM WIDTH
(c) Bridge No. 14C-086, County Road No. 315A, Mockingbird Lane, 0.30 miles west of Hwy 29 in Upper Lake:

132.2 The Road Commissioner shall place or cause to be placed in a conspicuous place on each entrance to each bridge designated in Section 19-132.1 an adequate sign bearing the words "Weight Limit" and/or "Speed Limit" and indicating the weight limits and/or speed limits which are designated in Section 19-132.1.
132.3 Penalty. Any violation of Section 132.1 shall constitute a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment in the County Jail for a period not to exceed six (6) months.
