Sec. 6.22.010. - Regulations.¶
Failure to comply with regulations governing the construction and maintenance of animal facilities licensed under this chapter, including animal exhibitions, animal rental establishments, kennels, grooming parlors and pet shops shall constitute cause for denial or revocation of such license.

Sec. 6.22.020. - Kennel.¶
No additional pet shop or grooming parlor license shall be required for activities covered by the kennel license.

Sec. 6.22.030. - Pet shop.¶
No additional grooming parlor license shall be required for activities covered by a pet shop license.

Sec. 6.22.040. - Veterinary hospitals and clinics.¶
Veterinary hospitals and veterinary clinics shall be exempt from the provisions of this chapter with regard to those activities conducted pursuant to any license or permit issued by the State of California.
