Sec. 3.08.010. - Assessment and collection of City taxes by County.

Pursuant to the authority granted by Government Code § 51501, the assessment and tax collection duties performed by the City Assessor and Tax Collector are hereby transferred to the Assessor and Tax Collector respectively of the County.
