Sec. 8-1-200. - Adoption of International Property Maintenance Code.¶
As adopted in section 8-1-12, there is hereby designated by the city council, for the purpose of prescribing minimum maintenance standards for basic equipment, light, ventilation, heating, sanitation, and fire safety, that certain code known as International Property Maintenance Code, 2024 Edition, as published by the International Code Council.
