Chapter 18.24 — OFFICIAL ZONING MAP

§ 18.24.010. Adopted.

The location and situation of the zones established by this title are set forth upon a map attached to the ordinance codified in this title, made a part of this chapter and adopted concurrently with the ordinance codified in this title, and subject to amendment and revision according to the terms and provisions of the ordinance, and the map is designated the official zoning map. The official zoning map and all amendments and revisions thereto shall be kept on file with the city clerk and a copy thereof shall be filed with the building inspector. (Prior code § 9721)

§ 18.24.020. Amendments and revisions.

All amendments and changes to the official zoning map shall be recorded upon the official zoning map as soon as such amendments or changes become effective. (Prior code § 9722)

§ 18.24.030. Boundary determination.

The boundary of any zone shown on the official zoning map shall be determined as follows:

  • A. Where the indicated zone boundaries are approximately street, alley or lot lines, such lines shall be construed to be boundaries.

  • B. Where the indicated zone boundaries are not approximately street, alley or lot lines, such lines shall be construed and determined by the use of the scale appearing on the official zoning map.
