Sec. 8-367. - Feeding of birds and animals in City parks or on City-owned property…¶
Except as allowed by section 8-368, all persons are prohibited from feeding, or causing to be fed, animals or birds in any City park or on any City-owned property.

Sec. 8-368. - Feeding of birds and animals; exception.¶
Section 8-367 shall not apply to the feeding of a household bird or animal owned or controlled by the person feeding them.
