Sec. 42-213. - Drilling for water.

No person shall drill for water within the corporate limits of the City without first obtaining a permit therefor from the City Council.

Sec. 42-214. - Adopted.

The City Council does hereby adopt Ordinance Number 2607 of the County of Orange, entitled, "An Ordinance Adding Article 2 to Division 5, Title 4 of the Codified Ordinances of the County of Orange, California," and dated July 18, 1972. The City Council intends by this section to adopt said Ordinance Number 2607. No amendment to said ordinance by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange shall be deemed adopted by the City Council unless specifically so adopted by further sections.
