Sec. 26-1. - Maintenance of premises so as to permit breeding or harboring of rodents…¶
A person shall not occupy, maintain, or cause or permit another person to occupy or maintain any building, lot, premises, vehicle or any other place in such a condition as to permit the breeding or harboring therein or thereon of rats, mice, fleas, bedbugs, cockroaches, lice, flies, or any other vermin.
