14.16.010 - Adoption of the California Historical Building Code.¶
There is hereby adopted by reference the California Historical Building Code, 2025 Edition (Part 8, Title 24, California Code of Regulations). Said document is hereby adopted as the Historical Code of the city of La Mesa for the purpose of prescribing alternative building regulations for the rehabilitation, preservation, restoration, or relocation of designated historic buildings. There is one copy of said Code on file in the office of the city clerk for use and examination by the public as required by law.
