9.04.010 - Games prohibited.¶
The games of "Seven Up," "Poker," "Draw Poker," "Three Card Monte," and all other games and devices played for money or other things of value, or for checks, credit or other representative of value, not already prohibited by any law of the state, are hereby prohibited in all places within the city.

9.04.020 - Playing games prohibited.¶
No person shall deal, play, or carry on; open or cause to be opened; conduct, either as owner, hirer, or employee; aid or abet any of these things; or bet at, on, or against any game or device not already prohibited by any law of the state, for money, check, credit, or other thing or representative of value, or the chance of winning or getting any money or check or other thing of value.

9.04.030 - Permitting games prohibited.¶
No person shall knowingly permit any of the games or devices prohibited by Section 51-1000 in any place owned, rented, or controlled by him, in whole or in part.

9.04.040 - Gambling machines.¶
No person shall exhibit, use, maintain, or operate any so-called vending machine or other mechanical device for the sale of goods, wares, or merchandise, which mechanical device shall deliver one article or quantity of merchandise atone operation of said machine, and other articles or quantities of merchandise at another operation of said machine, or which shall deliver other than a specific article or specific quantity of merchandise, or its or their equivalent, for a specific and uniform price at any and all times, the character, quantity and price being set out in plain lettering on the face of the machine or device which is being exhibited, used, maintained, or operated.

9.04.050 - Possession of machines.¶
The possession by any person of any vending machine or other mechanical device that is so constructed that the same may be used or operated contrary to the provisions of Section 9.04.040 shall be prima facie evidence that the same has been so used or operated.
