Kingsburg Municipal Code Ch. 8.10 Display of Products Containing Pseudoephedrine

It shall be unlawful for any individual, partnership, corporation, limited liability company or any other type of entity (collectively "business entity") doing business within the city limits of the city of Kingsburg, to store, stock, keep or display for sale, transfer or distribution any product containing pseudoephedrine in any area or location which is not secure and made unavailable to the public and which is accessible only to employees of such individual or business entity.
