§ 13.11.010. Affixing address number to curb—Restrictions.¶
An owner of property may affix the property’s address number to the abutting curb, subject to the following restrictions:
(1) The color, size of numerals, paint or other substance used to so affix, and location of the address number on the curb shall be as established by the director of public works.
(2) Any person proposing to affix an address number shall first obtain the permission of the public works director, or such other employee of the city as may be designated by the public works director.
(3) Any person in the business of affixing address numbers shall be required to obtain other appropriate permits, including, without limitation, a business license.
(4) The provisions of this section shall not be construed to excuse the requirement in Chapter 12.12 that house or building numbers shall be affixed to the house or building.

§ 13.11.020. Unlawful to affix curb markings—Exceptions.¶
Except as set forth in Section 13.11.010, and except for markings placed by the police department or other city employees to regulate parking, it shall be unlawful to affix markings of any kind to curbs in the city.

§ 13.11.030. Violation.¶
Violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute an infraction.
