4.08.010 - When county warrant considered lost.¶
In accordance with the power given to the board of supervisors by Sections 29853 and 29853.5 of the Government Code, it is provided that any warrant issued by the auditor, with the exception of a payroll warrant, is considered lost if it has been mailed and has not been received by the addressee within seven (7) days after the date of mailing. Exempting terminal pay or sick leave and vacation buyout, a payroll warrant is considered lost if it has not been received by the addressee within three (3) days after the date of mailing.

4.08.020 - Inventories.¶
In accordance with the power given the board of supervisors by Section 24051 of the Government Code, it is provided that any county official or person required to file an inventory with the county clerk or auditor pursuant to Section 24051 of the Government Code shall file such inventory, showing all county property in his charge on the last day of business of the preceding month, with the county auditor on or before April 10th of 1995 and every third year thereafter.

4.08.030 - Claims—Elimination of waiting period.¶
Pursuant to the authority granted by Sections 29701 and 29742 of the Government Code, the three (3) day waiting period for all claims otherwise required by statute is eliminated.
