3.12.010 - Definitions¶
The following words and expression when used in this section shall for the purpose of this section have the meanings respectively ascribed to them as follows:
A. City shall mean the City of Isleton, a municipal corporation, situated in the County of Sacramento, State of California.
B. County shall mean the County of Sacramento, a political subdivision of the State of California.

3.12.020 - Transfer of duties¶
The assessment and tax collection duties, except the collection of assessments levied for municipal improvements, now performed by the city are hereby transferred to the county for the purpose of assessment and collection of an for ad valorem property taxes that become a lien after the adoption of this Code.
