§ 9.20.010. False reports.

No person shall wilfully make to the sheriff's office or police department any false, misleading or unfounded report, for the purpose of interfering with the operation of the sheriff's office or police department or with the intention of misleading any sheriff or police officer.

No person shall wilfully turn in a false alarm to any fire department in the unincorporated territory of the county.
