§ 9.12.010. Notice destruction—Prohibited.¶
It is unlawful for any person to intentionally alter, change, deface, destroy, mutilate, remove, take down or take away any notice posted or put up in the county by any department, office or officer of the county, by authority of law or ordinance of the state or the county, or for the purpose of calling attention to the provisions of any penal law or ordinance or health regulation of the state or county, without the consent of the department, office or officer which issued, posted or put up such notice.

§ 9.12.020. Violation—Penalty.¶
Any person violating any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall, upon conviction thereof be punished by a fine of not to exceed fifty dollars or imprisonment in theCounty Jail for a period not exceeding twenty-five days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
