§ 7.24.010. Unsanitary condition—Prohibited.

No person, whether owner or occupant of any habitation in the county, shall create or maintain any unsanitary condition in the habitation or the premises adjacent thereto.

§ 7.24.020. Unsanitary condition—Defined.

As used in this chapter, "unsanitary condition" means any condition so defined or described in the laws of the state, or any rules or regulations of the Department of Public Health of the state made pursuant thereto.

§ 7.24.030. Habitation defined.

"Habitation,"

as used in this chapter means any place occupied as a dwelling by one or more persons and includes camps, motor vehicles or trailers when so used.

§ 7.24.040. Violation—Misdemeanor.

The violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is a misdemeanor.

§ 7.24.050. Violation—Enforcement.

Any violation of this chapter may be enforced pursuant to Title 22.
