§ 7.04.010. Designated.

There are now within the county certain trash and dumping areas maintained by the county, and such previously established areas and any other such area hereinafter established are designated as county dumping areas.

§ 7.04.020. Control.

Control of the dumping areas lies within the power of the board of supervisors and the board may from time to time establish rules and regulations and/or contracts for the proper use of the dumping areas.

§ 7.04.030. Rules and regulations incorporation.

All rules, regulations and contracts made or entered into for the proper use of dumping areas in the county heretofore made or hereinafter made shall become a part of this chapter and any infraction thereof shall be punished as provided in the penalty portion of this chapter.

§ 7.04.040. Violation—Penalty.

Violation of any of the terms of this chapter or any rule or regulation which by the term of this chapter has become a part of this chapter is a misdemeanor and punishable as provided in Section 1.20.010.
