§ 10.04.010. Title.¶
This title shall be known as the "county traffic ordinance."

§ 10.04.020. Provisions not affected by headings.¶
Chapter and section headings in this title shall not govern, limit or modify, or in any manner affect the scope, meaning or intent of any chapter or section of this title.
