§ 10.60.010. Riding on motorcycles and bicycles.¶
No person shall ride upon a street or road on either a motorcycle or bicycle on a portion of the vehicle which is not specifically designed for the carrying of passengers nor shall any person operating a motorcycle or bicycle upon a street or road permit another to do so.

§ 10.60.015. Off-road use of motorcycles.¶
It is unlawful for any person to ride or operate any motorcycle, motor bike or any exclusively off-road vehicle on any private property or public property within any residential area as specifically defined by resolution of the board of supervisors except upon a regularly established highway, road, private road or driveway or parking lot appurtenant to a structure on said property and in accordance with the California Vehicle Code.

§ 10.60.020. Clinging to moving vehicles.¶
It is unlawful for any person traveling upon any bicycle, motorcycle, motorscooter or any moving vehicle of any nature whatever on any street or road to cling to or attach himself or his vehicle to any other moving vehicle.

§ 10.60.030. Driving through funeral processions.¶
No driver of a vehicle shall drive between vehicles comprising a funeral procession while they are in motion and when the vehicles in such procession are conspicuously so designated.

§ 10.60.040. New pavement.¶
No person shall ride or drive any animal or any vehicle over or across any newly made pavement or freshly painted markings on any street or road when a barrier or sign is in place warning persons not to drive over or across such pavement or markings, or sign stating that the street or road or any portion thereof is closed.

§ 10.60.050. Restricted access.¶
No person shall drive a vehicle onto or from any limited access roadway except at such entrances and exits as are established by a public authority.

§ 10.60.060. Molesting traffic survey devices.¶
It is unlawful for any person to move, molest, tamper with or damage any survey device used for the purpose of making traffic investigations located on any street or road.

§ 10.60.070. Vehicle on airfield—Prohibited.¶
It is unlawful for any person to drive, operate, propel, maintain or permit to remain a motor vehicle or any wheel vehicle or bicycle upon any portion of the paved area or area set aside for runway, taxi and warmup purposes of any county owned or operated or private airfield in the county.

§ 10.60.080. Vehicle on airfield—Exceptions.¶
Sections 10.60.070 through 10.60.090 shall not apply to authorized personnel of the airport and properly authorized airplane service vehicles.

§ 10.60.090. Vehicle on airfield—Violation a misdemeanor.¶
Any violation of Sections 10.60.070 through 10.60.090 is a misdemeanor.

§ 10.60.100. Violation—Penalty.¶
Any person violating any of the provisions of the title (except Sections 10.60.070 through 10.60.090) or disobeying any signs or markings installed pursuant thereto is guilty of a misdemeanor. Pursuant to Section 42001 of the Vehicle Code every person convicted of a misdemeanor for a violation of any of the provisions of this title (except Sections 10.60.070 through 10.60.090), except as otherwise provided in the Vehicle Code, shall be punished upon a first conviction by a fine not exceeding fifty dollars or by imprisonment in theCounty Jail for not exceeding five days; for a second conviction within a period of one year by a fine of not exceeding one hundred dollars or by imprisonment in theCounty Jail for not exceeding ten days or by both such fine and imprisonment; and for a third or any subsequent conviction within the period of one year by a fine of not exceeding five hundred dollars or by imprisonment in theCounty Jail for not exceeding six months or by both such fine and imprisonment.
