§ 7.40.010. Prohibitions.

It is unlawful to smoke while traveling on foot, cycle or domestic animal, in or over grain, grass, stubble, brush, timber or other inflammable vegetative cover or other inflammable material and in areas posted against smoking; except, that is lawful to smoke in improved campgrounds, inside vehicles on roads, at places of habitation or while stopped in a cleared or barren area of at least three feet in diameter; provided, however, that in all instances burning and glowing substances are completely extinguished before being discarded.

§ 7.40.020. Violation—Misdemeanor.

The violation of any provision of this chapter is a misdemeanor.
