§ 9.36.010. Prohibited acts.

It shall be unlawful for any person to urinate or defecate in a public place other than a restroom, or in a place open to the public view, or upon private property of another without the consent of the owner or person in lawful possession. (Ord. 963 § 1 Exh. A, 1995)

§ 9.36.020. Violation—Penalty.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter is guilty of an infraction, and shall, upon conviction thereof be punished by a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars. (Ord. 963 § 1 Exh. A, 1995)
