Chapter 9.26 — BOTTLES AND CANS AT FAIRGROUNDS

§ 9.26.010. Possession prohibited.

No person shall carry onto or possess on the fairgrounds of the Eighteenth District Agricultural Association, located in the city of Bishop in the county, any bottle or can without the express permission of the director of the Eighteenth District Agricultural Association. (Ord. 301 § 1, 1976)

§ 9.26.020. Bottle and can defined.

"Bottle and can," in Section 9.26.010, means any bottle or can commercially prepackaged, containing any food or beverage, and sold through commercial retail outlets. (Ord. 301 § 2, 1976)

§ 9.26.030. Violation—Penalty.

Any person, persons, or association of persons convicted of violating the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the general penalty provisions set out in Chapter 1.20, except that a fine of not less than fifty dollars shall be imposed.
