§ 3.39.010. Creation of the Community Assistance Program.¶
The Community Assistance Program is hereby created as a separate program in the General Fund.

§ 3.39.020. Purpose and intent.¶
The City Council may set aside funding each fiscal year for the purposes of allocating to community based organizations that provide special activities, programs and/or services to individuals and/or groups within the City and throughout the Coachella Valley.

§ 3.39.030. Contracts for community assistance funding.¶
The City Council may enter into a written agreement or agreements with other agencies, associations or corporations which will further the purposes of this Chapter in any manner deemed appropriate by the City Council with or without competitive bidding.
