Huntington Park Municipal Code Ch. 8 Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction

That certain Standard Specifications designated as the "Greenbook Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction," 1997 Edition, published by BNI Books, a Division of Building News Inc., one copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, is adopted by reference and made a part of this chapter as though set forth in this chapter in full, and said Standard Specifications shall be known as the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction for the City.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter or the Greenbook Standard Specifications for Public Works Constructions shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punishable as set forth in Chapter 2 of Title 1 of this Code.
