§ 7-6.01. Permits required.

No person shall use the streets of the City for the transportation of oil, gas, or other commodities by pipelines without first obtaining a permit from the Director of Field Services to do so. The Mayor is authorized and empowered, subject to the approval of the Council, to enter into agreements for the issuance of such permits at the annual rate established by the Public Utilities Commission.
