Title. Pursuant to the authority granted to the Board of Supervisors by Measure S, approved by the voters of Humboldt County on November 8, 2016, the Humboldt County Commercial Marijuana Cultivation Tax Ordinance is hereby repealed in its entirety. The repeal is effective for the calendar year 2026 and each subsequent year until such time as the Board reenacts the tax, which it may do without voter approval as long as the reenacted provision does not exceed the amount or scope of what the voters approved in Measure S.
