POWER PLANTS PROHIBITED Sections: Prohibition. Penalty. 383-1. Prohibition. No person shall transport to or through the County of Humboldt any wastes of by-products of fuel for nuclear power plants from other areas for purposes of storage or disposal. Any person, whether principal, agent, employee or otherwise, violating or causing or permitting the violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
