39.1 X: NO FURTHER SUBDIVISION ALLOWED¶
39.1.1 Special Representation for Development Standards Which Prohibit Further…¶
the Combining Zone is used to modify the principal zone to prohibit further subdivisions of any lots within the zone, the following designators shall be used as applicable: (Former Section CZ#A313-41(F))
39.1.1.1 X - where the development standards are modified for the sole purpose of…¶
subdivisions of any lots within the zone. When the X designator is used, the minimum lot size shall not be listed in the table format.
