8-1. Sewer Connections

In subdivisions within a reasonable distance of a sanitary disposal system,the subdivider may be required to install a complete sewage system connected therewith.

In areas where no sanitary sewage disposal system exists of where the subdivision is not within a reasonable distance of such a sanitary sewage disposal system, other methods for disposal of sewage may be approved in accordance with County health regulations.
