Article V — TERMINATION OF FEE COLLECTION

3210-11. Termination of Fee.

A Fire District may at any time submit to the Clerk a resolution requesting termination of the fee collection. The Clerk shall notify the County Chief Building Official and the County Treasurer of the resolution. The County shall terminate collection of the fee for the Fire District thirty (30) days from the date the resolution is received by the Clerk. (Ord. 2437, § 1, 8/24/2010)
