§ 13.08.080. Notices to customers.

Notices from the city to a customer will normally be given in writing, and either delivered or mailed to him at his last known address. Where conditions warrant and in emergencies, the city may resort to notification either by telephone or messenger.

§ 13.08.090. Notices from customers.

Notice from a customer to the city may be given by him or his authorized representative in writing (1) at the city's operating officer, (2) to the water superintendent, or (3) to an officer or agent duly authorized by the council to receive notices or complaints.
