5.06.010 - Home business permit.¶

Any person or entity conducting a home business as defined in Section 17.16.015 shall obtain an annual home business permit as set forth in such section and shall otherwise comply with such section.

5.06.020 - Violation—Penalty.¶

The violation of any provision of this chapter shall be an infraction, punishable as set forth in Chapter 1.08 of this code, which sets forth the schedule of fines for infractions.
