3.32.010 - Charge for invalid check or other instrument.¶

The town may make an additional reasonable charge for processing or reprocessing an invalid check or other instrument to pay an assessment or a service charge owed to the town. The reasonable charge shall be for the cost of the processing or reprocessing of the invalid check or instrument.
