2.88.010 Office created–Appointment.¶
The position of city clerk is established as an appointed management level position of the city and shall be appointed by the city manager. (Ord. 20-1402 §5 (part), 2020)
2.88.020 Duties.¶
The city clerk will perform the duties set forth in Government Code Sections 40801 through 40814, except as provided in Chapter 2.16, and such other duties and exercise such other powers as may be delegated to him or her from time to time by the city manager. (Ord. 20-1402 §5 (part), 2020)
