9.16.010 - False registration.¶

It is unlawful for any person to register at any rooming house, lodging house, hotel, inn, or other place in the City, under the name of any other person or of a fictitious name, or any name other than the true and correct name of the person so registering, or so giving or signing or causing his/her name to be signed.
