6.15.010 - Reduced rates.

The City Council may establish a lower rate for trash collection service charges, administrative charges, and/or penalties for residences occupied by a senior citizen or a handicapped or disabled resident. The criteria for qualification, rate structure for such residences, and application procedure shall be established by resolution of the City Council.
