6.04.010 - County Health Code Adopted.¶
Division 1 of Title 11 of the Los Angeles County Code entitled "Health Code" as that Division 1 of Title 11 currently exists, and/or as it may be amended from time to time by the County of Los Angeles, is hereby adopted by reference, as the Public Health Code of the City of Hawaiian Gardens.

6.04.020 - Enforcement—Violations—Penalties.¶
Violation of Division 1 of Title 11 of the Los Angeles County Code as adopted in this chapter is punishable by a fine of not more than $500.00, or by imprisonment in the County jail for not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day during any portion of which any violation of any provision of Division 1 of Title 11 of the Los Angeles Code is committed, continued or permitted makes such violation of a separate offense.

6.04.030 - Copy of County Health Code.¶
At least one copy of Title 11 of the Los Angeles County Code as it currently exists, and/or as it may be amended from time to time by the County of Los Angeles shall be on file with the City Clerk for public inspection.
