§ 3.44.010. Created.

To comply with the provisions of Section 11005 of the Revenue and Taxation Code of the state, there is created in the city treasury a special fund to be known as the vehicle license fund.

§ 3.44.020. Deposits in fund.

All moneys received by the city from the state pursuant to the provisions of Section 11005 of the Revenue and Taxation Code of the state shall be extended by the city for the enforcement, regulations, control and fire protection of highway traffic.
