Chapter 18.18 — SP, SPECIFIC PLAN COMBINING DISTRICT

The SP, specific plan combining district is applied to lands governed by the land use and development standards set forth in a specific plan. Property owners and developers of lands within the SP combining district should consult the applicable specific plan for development standards and other regulations that will govern new development.
