§ 1.40.010. DATE; COMPLIANCE WITH STATUTE:¶

A. The general municipal election shall be held on the same day as the statewide general election (i.e., the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November of even numbered years).

B. In all other respects, elections shall be held in accordance with requirements as set forth in the California statutes relating to general law cities.
