§ 1.32.010. POSITION ESTABLISHED:¶
The position of city clerk is hereby formally established and continued pursuant to statute and past practice.

§ 1.32.020. APPOINTMENT:¶
The city clerk is appointed by the city council. The position is a dual role held by the city manager.

§ 1.32.030. DUTIES:¶
The duties of city clerk shall be those as established by law, in addition to any further duties and responsibilities assigned to such position from time to time by resolution of the city council.
