OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC PEACE AND DECENCY

§ 9.12.010. Definitions.

For the purposes of this chapter, "breakfast club" or "bottle club" means any place where food or beverages are sold, offered for sale, or given away between the hours of two a.m. and six a.m. of any day and where music or entertainment is provided or furnished between such hours. § 9.12.020. Breakfast clubs unlawful.

It is unlawful for any person to open, operate, conduct or manage any breakfast club or bottle club within the city.

§ 9.12.030. Public excretion prohibited.

  • A. No person shall urinate or defecate:

    1. In a public place;

    2. In a place open to the public or exposed to public view;

    3. In a private place entered without consent of the owner, his agent, or the person in lawful possession thereof.

  • B. This section shall not apply to urination or defecation in any fixture provided for such purposes in any bathroom, restroom, dressing room, or similar facility.
