Chapter 9.04 — OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC OFFICERS AND GOVERNMENT

§ 9.04.010. False reports to the police department prohibited.¶

No person shall wilfully make any false, misleading or unfounded report to the police department of the city for the purpose of interfering with the operation of the police department or with the intention of misleading any police officer.
