Chapter 15.20 — HISTORICAL BUILDING CODE

Except as may otherwise be provided in this title, the California Historical Building Code, 2025 Edition (California Code of Regulations Title 24, Part 8), including Appendix A, are hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this chapter as though set forth in full herein. These provisions of Title 24, Part 8 shall comprise the historical building code of the city of Gardena and shall apply to the preservation, restoration, rehabilitation, relocation or reconstruction of buildings or properties designated as qualified historical buildings or properties.
