Chapter 15.04 — DEFINITIONS

§ 15.04.010. Definitions applicable to this title.¶

The following definitions shall apply to this title:

A. "Building official" as used in any part of this title shall mean the building official or the official's designee.
B. "California Building Standards Code" shall mean California Code of Regulations Title 24, Parts 1 through 12.
C. "Code" as used in each chapter shall refer to the code adopted by that chapter.
D. "Jurisdiction," as used in any part of the California Building Standards Code, shall mean the city of Gardena.
