Chapter 11.16 — RECREATION PROGRAM FEES <sup> 2 </sup>

§ 11.16.010. Adult sports leagues.¶
Each team in each adult sports league shall pay those fees established by the department of recreation and human services, which fees shall not exceed the actual cost to the city, including administrative overhead costs.

§ 11.16.020. City classes, camps and other recreation programs.¶
Each enrollee in a city recreation class, camp or other recreation program of the city shall pay those fees established by the department of recreation and human services, which fees shall not exceed the actual cost of the activity, including administrative overhead costs.
