§ 11.12.010. Fee schedule.¶
Each person who takes any swimming courses shall pay those fees established by the department of recreation and human services, which fees shall not exceed the actual cost of the activity, including administrative overhead costs.

§ 11.12.020. Opening and closing schedule for the Primm Memorial Swimming Pool.¶
The Primm Memorial Swimming Pool shall be opened to the public as scheduled at the discretion of the director, considering weather conditions, staff availability, funding and other relevant factors.
