Fresno County Municipal Code Ch. 20.08 Grazing Lands

Pursuant to the authority vested in the board of supervisors by virtue of the provisions of Sections 17123 and 17124 of the Agricultural Code of the state, except as hereinafter specifically provided, all those parts of the county which now lie or which may hereafter lie within the exterior boundaries of the Sierra National Forest of the Sequoia National Forest are declared to be devoted chiefly to gazing within the meaning of said Sections 17123 and 17124.

This declaration does not apply to the following described lands contained in said national forests, or either of them, and which lands are specifically excluded from the effects of the declaration:

All those lands in the vicinity of Alder Springs and Meadow Lakes and more particularly described as follows:

The east half of Section 2, the west half of Section 1, the southeast quarter of Section 1, Section 12, the north half of Section 13, the north half of Section 14 and Section 11, all in Township 10 South, Range 23 East, M. D. B. &. M.; and the northwest quarter of Section 18, Township 10 South, Range 24 East, M. D. B. & M.
