20.04.010 - Unlawful when.¶
It is unlawful for any person to construct, maintain or operate any cement manufacturing plant, pumicite drying or processing plant, or smelter, within two miles of any incorporated city, unincorporated town, or district zones as R-O, R-1, R-1½, R-2, R-3, C-l, C-2, within the county.

20.04.020 - Unincorporated town defined.¶
"Unincorporated town," for the purpose of this chapter, is declared to be any unincorporated area in the county in which a considerable number of residences and/or places of business exist in close proximity and in which there is located a United States Post Office.

20.04.030 - Within two miles defined.¶
The two-mile distance referred to in Section 20.04.010 hereof shall be measured as follows:
From an incorporated city, by airline from the nearest exterior boundary thereof; from an unincorporated town, by airline from the United States Post Office located therein; from any mentioned zone district, by airline from the nearest exterior boundary thereof.

20.04.040 - Prevailing provisions.¶
The provisions of this chapter shall prevail over any provision of the zoning ordinance of this county, and no permits in conflict herewith shall be granted by a zoning authority.

20.04.050 - Violation—Penalty.¶
The penalty for violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be as prescribed in Section 1.12.010.
